Set by bedrooms, GST included. On end of lease every bathroom and every storey is included at any size. On general and deep cleaning the first bathroom and the ground floor are included, then $25 per extra bathroom and $50 per extra level.

If you would rather buy time and direct it yourself, hourly is $65 per hour per cleaner with a two hour minimum. It covers the scope you paid for. It does not extend to add-ons that were not purchased, or issues arising from conditions outside our control. On a bond clean, forward us what the agent wrote and we will handle it.

Before you book.
Do you charge extra per bathroom?
On an end of lease clean, no. Every bathroom, ensuite, powder room and wet area is included at any property size, and there is no charge for extra storeys either. Most Sydney cleaners add a fee for each one, which is why a bond quote that looks cheaper up front often is not.
On general and deep cleaning the first bathroom is included and each one after that is $25, and each level above the ground floor is $50. A second bathroom is close to an extra half hour of work, and pricing it honestly is what lets us hold the rest of the page where it is.
Is the price fixed or hourly?
We offer both, and you choose. Fixed is set by bedrooms for homes and floor area for businesses, and we complete the agreed scope regardless of how long it takes. Most people prefer it because there is no incentive for anyone to stretch the job. Hourly is $65 per hour per cleaner with a two hour minimum, and suits you better when you want to direct the time yourself or the job is hard to define up front.
What is the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?
A regular clean covers kitchen, bathrooms, floors and surfaces. A deep clean adds everything a weekly visit never reaches: inside the oven, rangehood filters, inside cupboards, skirtings, window tracks, light fittings and fan blades. Book a deep clean whenever a place needs bringing back to standard, whether that is a first clean, a change of occupant or simply a while since the last one. There is no set interval.
Which service do I need for moving out?
End of lease. A regular or deep clean will not pass an exit inspection, because a bond clean is measured against the ingoing condition report rather than against how the home feels. It is the only service that carries the free return visit.
Does my lease require professional carpet cleaning?
Many Sydney leases do, with a receipt provided, particularly where pets were approved. Check your agreement. Carpet steam cleaning is $60 per room and we provide the receipt with your invoice.
Do you clean outside business hours?
Yes. Early morning, evening, weekend and public holiday work carries a 30% loading, shown in the calculator before you commit. For commercial sites it is standard rather than a favour.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients leave a key, a lockbox code or building access. We confirm the entry arrangement in writing when you book.

Sydney metro, including the CBD, Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, Northern Beaches, North Shore, the Hills District and Greater Western Sydney.
